If you still go there, Gino's East is real good pizza. Giordanos is good, but I heard that they are filing for bankruptcy. If you prefer thin crust, there is a Barnaby's pizza in Schaumburg that is real good. There is also a Nick's in the city that is supposed to be good, but I haven't eaten there before. Not to mention that show, "The best thing I've ever ate," is based on one item, and not the entire menu. Odds are, they weren't there to try the rest of the food. Also, as most people realize, locations will differ on taste and style of food, depending on the location and what the market is (obviously not places like McDonald's, Burger King, etc.) so that is another reason you didn't enjoy the food. Next time you're in Chicago, I'd recommend stopping and getting some Chicago-Style pizza. Now there is a delicacy that you will enjoy!
